Trinidad, commonly referred to as the republic of Trinidad and Tobago is located in the south of the Caribbean. It consists of the two islands, Trinidad and Tobago as the main islands among other smaller ones. English is the official language in Trinidad.

Trinidad entry requirements  

All visitors except those from Britain have to have visas in order to enter Trinidad. The maximum stay allowed is 90 days but extensions can be made at the immigration offices. A valid passport is a requirement when entering Trinidad for all visitors and has to be valid for at least 6 months from entry date.

The places you can visit include the Bucco Reef, the Nylon pool, the Caroni bird sanctuary. You can even enjoy the Hindu Divali as well as the Divali Nagar ceremonies which are widely celebrated around Trinidad.

 Transport means within Trinidad

There are quite a number of transport means you can use to move around Trinidad. You can choose between taxis, busses, ferries, or you can simply rent a car. While most of the means are advisable they come with restrictions. The best way to move around is by car rental.
